House Rules

By booking accommodation at Duke of Cornwall, you agree to the following terms:

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact details when booking.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking, or to cancel any booking in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
Check-in is available from 4:00pm until 11:00pm. Check-out is by 10:00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect at all times. Any damage or loss may be charged accordingly.
Smoking is not permitted in any guest room or indoor area.

At Duke of Cornwall, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information we collect: When you make a booking or enquiry, we may collect your name, contact details, payment information, and any special requests you provide.
How we use it: Your information is used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation, providing our services, and complying with legal obligations.
Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to process your booking (e.g. payment providers, booking platforms) or where required by law.
Storage: We store your information securely and only for as long as necessary to meet our legal and business requirements.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival, or non-arrivals, will be charged the first night's stay.
